Great property and nice staff... Haven't had many problems and the management is very fair. Walls are thin. A lot of noise from neighbors, small kitchens. But overall, it's better than most apartment communities in Rock Hill for the price.
The property is alright but the walls are too thin. My neighbor's are very racist. They constantly complain about everything. They complain about you walking up the steps. The neighborhood is mostly white and filled with older people. If I would've known this I would've have never moved in. I am constantly Harrassed. Horrible experience being a first time apartment owner.
Great place to live and employees are excellent...
Staff is great, prices just right, good location!
Whisper Creek is an amazing place to live! The people here are so friendly and the staff is always there to answer questions or if I have a concern they fix the problem promptly. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
