I use too like staying here, never once paid rent late and you're going up on rent during a "Pandemic"...You haven't done anything for the residents since the "Pandemic", how about some of that money that you use to plan monthly events for the residents before the "Pandemic", what are you doing with that money??? SMH...Everything is about money

Lived here for several years, every time I report a problem they just ignore Erica Korn the manager on time was the worse she never care about residents, still having friends there and they said is worse the service now with the new management.

I’ve lived in my little one bedroom apartment for less than two months and have already had more problems than I can count on one hand. Do not live here unless you want to be calling maintenance every other week because all their cheap stuff breaks. The ceiling fan makes a loud clinging noise and the maintenance staff couldn’t even fix it so they said they’d order a new one to be installed and it’s been two months without hearing anything back about that. It’s quiet and beautiful here!
Relatively quiet, pool and exercise area are nice amenities. dog park is great for the dogs - maintenance has always been a quick response
