Three Sundays ago I ordered 20 wings to go. I went to pick them up and the hostess supposedly gave my food to someone else. The person was getting ready to pull out and she ran after him and said you have someones food. She later brought the food back inside sat it down in front of me and starred at me. I came to mugs n jugs for the first time yesterday and our server Sydney was really awesome. She was on top of everything, our food was a slight wait cause it was really busy but we didn't even mind because the atmosphere in the restaurant and around our server was extremely pleasant. We will be coming again!
Niko the GM went above and beyond for my order last night. I ended up doing a door dash order at 11 and the door dash delivery driver never showed up. Niko sent Ashley and Sydney to deliver the order to my house. They were both on time, and friendly They obviously didn't have to go through all that trouble for my order, and I believe when someone does something out of the good will of their restaurant it should be commended.
