Service was terrible. Not many tables filled and we were there 2 hours. Waitress never refilled our drinks. I asked for condiments she never brought until we were done and had nerve to ask if still wanted them. Tons of employees walking around. Our waitress was all over the place. Inside and out. Seems like it should be better maintained on certain tables for each waitress

The service was awful. Even the manager didn’t seem to care or want to make it right
The sandwich was disappointing and soggy and they had it so cold in the resturant my fries were too cold to eat by the time I got to them.
1 Star. We live about 5 minutes from this location. We have been loyal customers of Mugs for over 10 years before they changed ownership (I’m assuming that’s what happened) The food at this location is horrible, I’ve tried different items on the menu. We drive over 30 minuets to Abe’s Place on Missouri in Clearwater. Because the food is better and they still have the original recipe for my family’s favorite mild sauce for the boneless wings.
