Got me in the car I wanted the same day with my bad credit something no other car dealer was able to do. Every time I walk in I feel like family always greeted warmly. They made sure I was going to walk out of that door with the car I wanted even let me pay a portion of my down payment in 2 payments later so that I could still leave with the car. As far as my car I have had no problems with it so far and still LOVE IT!!!!!

I have had my car for about a year now i could say i had some issues with it which i am aware it’s an older car 2009 for a fair price i was given they have helped me by getting a new transmission in for me it’s acting up again i called in and received a call from friendly staff willing to help me i will be over next Friday to see what we can do for my car im hoping it will go as well as on the calls and hoping they can resolve this or hopefully trade me in a new vehicle which all of my family is in need of lol...my family is... read more

Fantastic service. Highly recommended! Sales staff is super friendly and helpful.
Just stay away, called in spoke to account person advised payment would be late. Which over the past five months I have never missed a payment, at the moment the payment is only five days late. I advised my payment would be late due to starting a new job, lady that answered phone said ok. My payment was due on the 18th, advised I was awaiting my last paycheck and first paycheck from new job on the 31st. Needless to say with the payment only five days late they turned my car off. stay away from this dealership. this is my second time buying a car from them and it has been a complete headache. I brought my car in November 5, 2018. since I had it I had nothing but problems with it. I had to bring the car back to get the door handled fix within a week of me having it. my gear shift stop working about two months of me having the car. This company is a scam. They claim to help people with impaired credit but all they do is take full advantage of you as soon as you walk in through that door because they know you're in need of a car. They also claim a whole bunch of extra stuff like warranty and blah blah its all BS- you will end up paying triple the value of any car sitting in that lot and they'll never do anything to help you with repairs they will find a way to tell you its not their problem. I have purchased 4 vehicles through wheels of chicago.....each one better than the last, i purchased car number 4 a week and a half ago...they gave me the car fax that was printed on january 3rd of 2018 and there was no accodents or auction sale on that however i looked it up on *********.com and there was in fact an accident on this car in september of 2017 that caused frame and structure damage. Firstly, I am a picky person, and very efficient in how I handle my accounts, payments, and personal business. As a single female, I was hesitant in buying my first car since my divorce, but Wheels was less than 2 blocks from my home, and I had been through to look at the inventory in the past. By far the worst car company on the planet. They tricked me into signing a contract and didn't provide me with copies of a GPS shut off device. They disabled my car after a week of late payment. I looked through my paperwork to see if I had documents signing off on a shut off device and could not find one document describing such. However, every form signed should be explained yet they failed to explain a shut off device to me. This company should not be allowed to sell anything.
