Extremely rude staff involved in the bicycle tours that this place offers. Dirty store inside, with an awful smell. Tour was very slow paced with not a lot of history explained at all. Staff did not seem knowledgable about the history of the city they are tour guiding. I will not be coming back, or recommending this establishment to any of my friends or family. Bike and Brew tours was much more friendly, use them instead.

nice place, I like the bikes
I recently participated in the HEAD'S UP Architectural Detail bike tour. It was an amazing experience to see the stunning architecture that you wouldn't notice driving by some of Detroit's famous buildings. The leader was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared a lot of interesting facts.
Kelli gave me great advice on bike rental today and I really appreciate it! Will return!
Great bike shop! I was pleased with their customer service and their follow through. All of the staff is professional and knowledgeable. My NEW BIKE SHOP!
Wonderful bike tour. Detroit has added more bike lanes which makes the tour feel safer. Mike was our guide and did a great job of explaining the history on the tour. I could go on, but it would be easier to just take the tour and get some history and see the changes happening.
