Went on my first bike tour today through Corktown. I had such a great time and learned a lot about the history and proposed future of the area. Highly recommended and I am looking forward to going on different tours in the near future!

They have some very interesting bike rides, but they are NOT for everyone, as stated on their site. (“for cyclists of all abilities and stamina levels.”) If you can keep up a brisk pace, it is fine, but if you fall behind they will scold you and tell you to keep up. (As if you are deliberately trying to hold them up.) They also tell you to cross the roads and stay with the group, but I think a few of the riders on my tour would have been road kill if they followed this advice. Went on the Haunted bike tour last Saturday, and thoroughly enjoyed our experience! Kelly was awesome, and I learned a lot about the city. Highly recommend this tour!
Last Saturday my husband and I joined the group and guide, Chris for the architectural tour. Unfortunately we were running 5 minutes late, but they graciously waited for us. This tour exceeded our expectations ... Chris was incredibly knowledgeable not only on so many buildings and architecture in the city, but also the history of Detroit. We covered a lot of ground and learned so much as he wove us through the streets on this 3 hour tour.
