It started great as it was my first car. They said they had everything done and made, including things fixed. It broke down not even the first six months and had to wait two months, while paying for car payments on a car that I wasn't driving. When I got the car back, the engine was horrible. Still had problems with the car. Mr Craft purchased his car from Wheel City, and we arranged the financing. It appears that payments weren't made and his vehicle was repossessed. This is something that can happen if the payments aren't made according to the contract, regardless of who the selling car dealership is, or the finance company. We suggest Matthew follows up with his finance company. In regards to Mr Crafts friend, we also suggest that she calls her finance company and her insurance carrier. Thank you.
Wheel City used to be a good business, until the last couple years. I had previously purchased two cars from them and it worked out great. Then move onto purchasing my husband a **** F150 in 2016, the engine blew in 6 months.. they let us trade it in for a different vehicle that they had and we got a **** Fusion, and sure enough after a year or so the engine blew, transmission, its needed almost every repair you can list. I was in the hospital for many months with covid placed on a ventilator also a trac my daughter called wanted to make payments on the vehicle with my debit card they said they couldn't do that which I understood....they virtually made it very hard to catch the loan up...I asked if I caught the loan up can I do the repo fees like 8 days later the guy I spoke to said no all of it...I had no choice but to let my car go back since than I purchased from next 2 new...I will buy all my vehicle there from now on i
