I enjoyed working with Wheel City very much. I had a pleasurable experience with Michael, he was very helpful in getting me into my new car. I had been trying to work with other dealerships in my home town of Storm Lake and they made things very difficult for me, but at Wheel City they made me feel comfortable and were very helpful in getting me the car I wanted at the price I needed.
I called Wheel City & spoke to Todd G. & told him the issues going on with my current vehicle also that I was hoping he could help me with a vehicle. We did an application over the phone. Then to my surprise Todd came to pick me up at home. I then came to the main office & test drove some vehicles. I was able to get a low down payment as well as affordable payments.
