I needed a referral to a doctor which they said was sent and it now has been 3 days. This is why I no longer am using this hospital for what I need do to have done. There are so many issues with scheduling, wait times on phone, billing etc... The wait time on the phone was long.
Didn’t admit my two siblings cause they claimed a hour wait when no one was in the waiting room. Basically told us to leave cause “they’re sick and waiting in the waiting room isn’t a good idea”. Also advised to call our primary. As a urgent care and at 4pm what are you even open for if you’re not going to want to see people? I high discourage coming here. No one wants to work here.
