Wheatfields

About this business

This European-style cafe in One Pacific Place is well known for its crepes, omelettes, casseroles and decadent desserts. The lunch and dinner menus are very similar; however, the dinner menu also offers pastas and steaks. Try one of the sumptuous cheese, meat or dessert fondues or a crisp Salad 103. Be sure to save room for dessert. With more than 50 to choose from, you may need to save room for several. The Alpine Torte Cake, a mix of chocolates and cream, is fantastic.

Loved! I had the lobster/crab cake eggs benedict and it was wonderful. Service was friendly, and the strawberry wedding cake is to die for. All in all a great experience and I will be back.

They advertise on their website regarding pricing and the do not honor that pricing. Specifically the pie of the month was shown to be Apricot and wasn't and they would not honor that pricing. Hate businesses who think so little of their customers.

Our server was amazing however too pricey ... $10 fir a mimosa, that's ridiculous. Love the food however and have been going for years.

If you want to get diabetes and shrink your bank account, eat here. Cheapest thing on the menu is 7.99, which isn't even enough food to feed a kid. Add a drink and the total goes over $12. Food was bland and unexciting. If you choose something for $8 more you get too much food and it is still horribly unseasoned. Never again.

Delicious eatery! They had several gluten free options listed on the menu but the day we were there, there were a couple that weren't available. I will have to be back next time I'm in Omaha!

Business response:

Michelle, we are so glad you enjoy our gluten free options! We can't wait to have you back and try some more!

It's tradition. As a single woman holidays are not at my house. I'm included by so many other families that love me. But I never arrive empty handed. The Carmel apple pie is my traditional take to the hostess and it never disappoints. Friends gasp over every bite. Waiting in line at wheatfields on Christmas Eve with most of Omaha is also part of the fun.
