This European-style cafe in One Pacific Place is well known for its crepes, omelettes, casseroles and decadent desserts. The lunch and dinner menus are very similar; however, the dinner menu also offers pastas and steaks. Try one of the sumptuous cheese, meat or dessert fondues or a crisp Salad 103. Be sure to save room for dessert. With more than 50 to choose from, you may need to save room for several. The Alpine Torte Cake, a mix of chocolates and cream, is fantastic.

Very rude manager, cold food and very high prices. $9 for 1/2 of a waffle and one strip of fake bacon.. will not go back.
EXCELLENT FOOD AS ALWAYS. We enjoyed non-alcoholic cold drinks and a great variety of food from the extensive menu.
Had the Chicken Posole soup and really good. Hope they offer again soon.

Based on the latest reviews it looks like this place has gone downhill. Goes along perfectly with my last experience as well.
Their customer service is awful. The whole dining experience was a nightmare!
Rude. Family had a horrible experience where they didnt even get the order right and didnt get sides but was still charged full price. The owner Ron is the problem and lacks general customer service skills. He's apparently not in the business of giving discounts or correcting his mistakes...
Found a fly in my food and they said that it might have fallen in there after I ate my food. They did not take the food off the bill. Check this place off of my list of places to go.
When mistakes are made, no effort is made to redeem themselves. If I pay for meals I expect them to all come together with all of the sides. Mistakes should be taken care of swiftly. Not blame the customer for the mistakes if the restaurant.
