It's amazing what power social media has. Happy to report that they came out today (2 weeks late, still) and replaced the leaking part. Had several excuses that, sadly, did not change my overall opinion, but its fixed. I guess the moral of the story is, if you don't really check your messages daily then don't say you do on your answering machine greeting...
