RecommendedWe initially met Dr. Harper at an emergency clinic and were very happy with how everything went. Our follow up appointment was made at Wheatfield and we have been going back ever since. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating as we have a dog that is very fearful of people. Her appointments can be very stressful but they do their best to ensure that her medical needs are met in the least stressful way possible. Our precious Bella passed in August and the entire staff were right there with us (Sarah held my hand) and hugged and consoled me when Bella was gone. 😭 About a week later we received a sympathy card from the staff that made me bawl my eyes out. They each took the time to write out a personal message to us about what good parents we were to Bella (she had bladder cancer) and how much they all loved taking care of her. Pure class! I took my dog here when I was unhappy with his previous vet. Lucky LOVES the staff...and they love him right back! I finally had my other dog, Jill, switched over to here. She was very nervous for her first visit and the staff were absolutely wonderful with her! Everyone is so nice, it's quick and easy to get an appointment, and the wait time is short. Very very happy with them
I had the worst decision of my life to put my very best friend down last week. Beezlee was a 15 year-old Yorkie who was the sweetest little guy. The staff at this office has always been so wonderful to our little guy. Dr. Mott tried her very best to give him quality of life with us. She was wonderful with him in the end. Overpriced, but they are always extremely nice, make it easy to schedule an appointment, and I trust their doctors immensely.
