Food hot and good ,food server and cashier great
Waited in the drive thru for 20 plus minutes this is ridiculous will be calling corporate.
45 minutes for a burger and there were 6 cars infront of me
After I ordered I waited 22 minutes in the second drive thru line for my food. I watched cars pass me in the first line repeatedly, getting very quick service but for some reason the second line received slower service. I will be visiting a different location next time.
25 minutes for a cold burger no fries.
The drive through is impossible to get your order without having to move to a space. If I wanted to have to park I would go inside. I want quick reliable servers in the drive through and I don’t want to pull up. First come first serve. I don’t know who Whataburger have been taking advice from, but you can stop it Now! They are giving you lousy advice!
I love Whataburger and can't remember having a bad one in a long time but yesterday was not good. I ordered a Whataburger with cheese no onions. I was really concerned that by the time it came out my lunch break would be over. So when it did finally I grabbed it to go. I went to gobble it down and it was a bun cheese nothing else except tons of raw onion.I had no choice but to eat it because I was out of time.
Store is overall dirty. Trash stinks & overflowing, tables ,floors greasy. Bathroom could use some attention. Good was good.
