Too much time waiting I had to leave
This has got to be the most pourly managed whataburger in Texas. I have eaten there several times over the last 3-4 years because it is conveniently located. Always a long wait, and there is usually something wrong with the order. Tonight I waited in line close to an hour. I would have left if I could have, but they had everyone pull up close in the 2 lanes and I was stuck. Someone at the corporate level needs to do something about the quality of service. I ordered on my app and went to drive thru to pick up. It took over 30 minutes to get my food which was 1 breakfast item.
RecommendedUsually good but today was not. I called in my order. I'm usually sent to Line B and order is brought out. Today I had to wait while 4 cars were ahead of me. One guy had a huge order. When my favorite manager is there, I don't have to wait.

My favorite part about visiting DFW. Food is always great quality and staff is always friendly. I love this place!!
I have never had such a poor experience at any fast food restaurant as I have had here tonight. This place makes Burger King seem 5 star. This location is ran so poorly - while waiting for my food over 15 mins inside... I watched customer after customer come in from the drive thru. The trash was running over into the floor from the trash cans, the fountain drinks were all out, the staff was rude and even the manager had no urgency and was out of it. I’m a W fan but this location is disappointing to say the least.
