When someone is waiting to order food and trying to decide what they want, don’t brush them aside for someone who’s order was messed up. And then I have to wait while their kid starts ordering food. Tell that person to wait while your finishing with the customer that was standing there at least 10 waiting to order.
we waited 30 minutes for our food which never came. we got tired of waited asked for a refund and left. they weren't that busy and everyone was waiting.
If I could do thumbs down & oh good lord all mighty no!!!! Don’t go! Horrible service, slower than a turtle sleeping & rude as the Simpsons. Absolutely makes my skin crawl after walking through the doors! Say no to drugs & this Whataburger!
The drive thru is ridiculous! They take 20 plus minutes for anything. Are they ever going to fix this issue???

Literally waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for my order to be wrong and my tea to be lukewarm. They need to close 2nd lane if it can't be handled properly.
