Whataburger in Roanoke Tx is terrible!! They give you runny gravy and cold burgers. Out of 4 trips with the family they can't serve hot food. I asked why the gravy was like hot milk and they replied that's how we make it. We're done with this location.

The Whataburger on Buckner has the worst customer service. I hate going there. Ruins my day every time. Always messing up the order and all you get is attitude. This is my home store and it sucks. Always has. Effin ghetto
