Not happy with the service department at all! First two times I was told my vehicle was ready only to find the check engine light still on when I went out to get in it. last time - yes last time, I got a recall on my car. Made an apt to have it fixed. Took precious time on my day off to drive 25 miles to Greenwich, sat and waited and was finally told that they did not have the part??? Really, can't you check before you make the appointment. Next apt at Mangino in Ballston to get it replaced.

First, Sales experience was great, no pressure, and answered all my questions. That being said, make sure you have any used car or truck checked by your personal mechanic. I bought a 2006 Silverado that they said had been gone completely through before I bought it. After I bought it, I found the front speakers not working. I brought it back within 48 hours, and was told it had no warranty and they would not fix it.
