I recently went up to Whalen's for an oil change as I bought my car through them 6 months ago so I get them for free. I went to ask about the new NYS law about the tinted windows as my windows were quite dark. When I was delivered the car back in June I was told the windows were factory tinted. Come to find out they weren't it was after market. Instead of charging me to take the tint off the windows, John Green told me he would just take care of it. I want to thank the team at Whalen Chevrolet including George Whalen Jr., Joe Bovair, Brandon and Kevin in the Finance department for getting us our beautiful new 2016 Chevy Malibu LT! In less than two days and only a couple of phone calls, we drove off the lot with our family's much needed new car.
