Love our new car!! Customer service was fantastic and they were actually able to meet our price. No other dealership went to the same length in making a purchase as easy.
Terrible business attitude through service department
Yesterday at 11:15am my work truck was hit head-on and totaled which is my livelihood. I realized trying to find the comparable equipped truck ready to go would be difficult. I texted Gary Bristol with the specs and explained my situation and he immediately responded with what he had and offered to bring the truck home from work to look at it. SOLD !! Initial sales experience was great. No issues there but the service department is horrible. Work that was supposed to be done never was. We put a lot of miles on our vehicles and trade them in every few years and because of their dishonest service department we won't be going to Whalen again.
I had a great experience with Whalen Chevy today. A major vehicle issue was overlooked at a different dealership so I took my vehicle to Whalen Chevy where they diagnosed the problem correctly & took care of it. I will be a loyal customer to Whalen's from now on!
