I have been a member of the WCCU for about 15 years. I have noticed a large difference in the last 6 months or so. The staff seems so much more approachable, happy and willing to assist. I love going in there now. I am recognized and greeted by many smiling faces. What ever the change has been, keep up the great work and THANK YOU!!! :)
