Excessive use of charging fees. Slow loan processing. Horrible all-around management. I wouldn’t recommend working there as well.
Not sure how but accidentally had an online order pull from my savings account instead of my checking which resulted in a NSF fee of $28. I checked my payment and it stated that it was the checking account I was using so not sure how it pulled from my savings. They returned the payment twice. So then they transferred money from my checking to savings to cover the two NSF fees. I don't understand I had money in my checking why they couldn't transfer money to cover the payment but can transfer money to take for themselves. Alm... read more
RecommendedI've been a member for years. I love most of the Employees there. there is a couple of new cashier's that are not the friendliest. I would recommend WCCU.
Fees! And they never refund them! I was aware of the $5 ebillpay inactivity fee. I purposely paid a bill using ebill pay to avoid the fee. I was charged the fee anyway. I asked for a refund and Eli informed me I needed to pay THREE bills to avoid the fee. Eli has no personality and never smiles. I decided to close my 5 year old account when he told me "it's company policy". If employees aren't given the freedom to make common sense decisions and retain customers, I'm out!
went in this morning to get my statements. the guu asks me my acct number i tell him i have no idea. (i dont ever use the account) he says he need the number to seach it. he goes to the back to see what he can no. he comes back to tell me he can not look up my account with just my id. i asked why cause the bank has always dont it with my idea. he said he just cant another worker butted in and rudly said yha we dont do that. i asked when they stopped she says they never did it that way.... clearly a lie because thats how they... read more
These folks have been so friendly, so helpful, I just love my Cadillac branch! Drive through or walking in, either way, they are patient and efficient, and that is so very appreciated when you are a bit older.
Tried getting a balance for MY account and because I'm in collections they wont give me a print out of my account. They treat you like a damn criminal. If ZERO stars were an option. BEWARE OF USING THIS BANK.
Not the home town friendly, for the Community credit union it used to be...now it is, we could care less credit union...Very disgusted...
