If I could give zero stars I would. Do not use unless you like your money being stolen. You won't get your $5 back from starting the account. This place is a joke.
Member's beware! If the main account holder dies they freeze your joint account. I thought that was because I had told the President, Julie Rushing, that I did not respect her. However, the funeral home tells me it happens all the time. The are not compassionate, at an already stressful time. Been trying for a week to straighten out this mess. At first I was told the person I need to speak to is out of town. I know that they are back but they still have not called as promised.

Had a account with them for alot of years. Planning to change banks in the next month due to the fact they have become an inconvenient institute. There ATM is always broke down and they're too cheap to replace it. Not worth the headache. Sorry they don't value their members anymore.�
Don't deal with these people they will lie to you every chance they get. Then they will put a hold on a check tell you it's until they get the money and then extend the hold for reason. Still waiting on my money. For being owned by account holders they sure like to screw around with other owners money. And the Lake City branch is extremely incompetent and rude. I have been banking at Wex CU for about 20 years and loved it until we moved back to the area last year and now I HATE going in there. The employees are the most incompetent, rude, unprofessional employees that I have EVER dealt with. I have been a business owner for the last 24 years and if I treated my employees/sales reps like we as customers are being treated I would be out of business. I have banked at Wexford Community Credit Union for over 21 years. I have done ALL my banking with them. I have had many loans, as well as CD's and savings accounts. Throughout the years I have had to ask them to raise my debit card purchase amount to pay for repairs of Chris's truck being down on the road and needing to have it repaired. The daily limit is $2500. I completely understand that the limit is set to protect me as well as the bank!!! Great place to bank and awesome people to deal with. Rae Lyn helped me get our truck loan taken care of quickly on a Friday afternoon so we could pick up our new truck that evening. Highly recommend her for new loans!
