Wet Willies Drinks are Great – I love the Drinks a Wet Willies. My Favorite drink from there is Call a Cab, and the name really fits this drink perfectly. After 1 and a 1/2 you will need someone to call a cab for you. The only Bad thing is it close early around 1:30am to 2am.
Awesome place to chill during the Miami heat. – Awesome bar. Music is usually good. Can get very crowded. The drinks are amazing. You'll need a cab ride home after this one. Fun place to hang out – Great selection of drinks. Bar staff was very nice as was the wait staff at the tables. This is a popular spot, gets very busy at night. I recommend this place for a nice night out on the town.
tourist trap – awful cheesy, very lame, not somewhere you want to end up ever if can be helped at all. Literally the worst bar in charleston
Triple Play – When you come to wet willies make sure you got a ride home because you will need it after a few triple play's. Just don't mess with security here because they don't play around if they say you can't do this or that then don't do it. I don't know why people always want to fight security just let them do their job and just have some fun your on vacation for god's sake.
What Happened to Ocean Drive??????? – I think Wet Willies is really hurting Ocean Drive. Wet Willies is so aweful. This is so so so disappointing, Ocean drive bars/ hangouts closed at 1:30 AM on a Saturday night, yes this was what I saw this April of 08. I believe it's due to the nonsense that Wet Willies attracts. Someone has to do something, please owners of Wet Willies close the place and reopen with a different theme and name, the singer from the ATL ruined Ocean Drive and Wet Willies. Be cautious here... – I am a regular on the Charleston Club scene and I would be cautious here, went here for a girls night out and all four of us got robbed even though there are police out front. Also got offered blank in the bathroom and we have been back since then just to check it out again and it's still the same. The drinks are great, but the crowd is not worth it.
