The building is terrible. you can hear your neighbors and they can hear you. Too much money for the quality. Please ask people that lives here about the place, before you decide.
RecommendedI love this apartment community!! We have a 2 bedroom apartment and it is so spacious and was in pristine condition. The staff is very helpful and super friendly! I highly recommend Legacy Wake Forest!
RecommendedStaff is friendly and so is the neighbors. Love the Pool and Gym. Everything is close buy but, yet you feel like you live out of town. Great Place!!
This place is terrible when it comes to landscaping. rent is over priced and you have to still do your own landscaping. Tried to handle it through corporate who stated that it was being addressed, yet no resolution except for spraying the weeds. landscapers that came only weed whacked and then left all clippings in the yard and sidewalk...AVOID AT ALL COST!
I would NOT recommend this place to live. Overpriced for the local area, cheaply finished, amenities are too small for the size of the community and very dirty! They have a fountain for a pool, horribly managed by dishonorable team with no integrity, no morality or decency!
I will start with thank god!! For saving us from renting this property ! The leasing officers are highly unprofessional and rude. They won’t attend calls,would not respond to emails on time, also hand over keys to tour apartments on our own and big time manipulators. They are not at all transparent with availability of apartment. We are tenants of legacy Ballantyne it’s amazing community with really warm staff and absolutely no complaints. RecommendedI absolutely love living here! I have been a resident for almost 2 years. Everyone in the leasing office has been extremely helpful! Nadine Alanna and Tiffany, have been very patient with me and my family with all my request, and honestly I can’t thank them enough for helping me even on the busiest of days. Thank you ladies so much for everything that you do for us. Thank you for making my family and my self feel at home!!!👍👍🙂
