Good location. The staff is helpful and nice. The neighbors are pretty good, for the most part, too.
We moved here to this complex two years and a half ago. The personnel has been kind and helpful with us always! we love love love Bill!!! maintenance guy! and Cassandra and Kathy and Taylor and the new girl! as well! I do recommend this complex, they always listen and try to help in the best way possible. Maintenance is super fast!
I recently moved into these apartments with my boyfriend and I love living here! The complex is gorgeous and the staff is so friendly. O’Kia has been nothing short of amazing with all of the help she provided during the signing and moving process. I still enjoy seeing her around when I go to the front office to pick up packages.

O'kia has been an excellent agent for your company. Always professional, kind and understanding to every person in the office. Today I had to go in to have my passes updated. She happened to be extremely busy with many people waiting to see her. Yet, she took the time to write down my information. There were a number of future residents waiting. They were very understanding about waiting for her return. O'Kia is an excellent welcome to the Westwood family. Thank you O'Kia.
Terrible customer service! Refused to even call me back to speak about their maintenance team telling me they cannot come fix my A/C because my apartment was not “hot” enough. I live in Florida and have a young child. As a result of them botching my A/C unit, my energy bill tripled and they had absolutely nothing to say regarding it! Be warned before thinking of moving to this complex, they do not respect their residents or care about damages they impose on them! Extremely unprofessional!
