Please avoid this place at all cost. They will send your final bill to collections even though you paid it off 2 days after receipt of bill AND have proof that you paid it. You’ll be left having to do paperwork and writing letters to collection agencies for no reason at all of your own. Avoidddddddddd this place. Totally incompetent. The apartments have a nice interior but even on the third floor you hear everything above and below you. There is never, ever any parking. The property managers Nadine and Tiffany the rest of the staff are friendly and extremely helpful when it comes to addressing any issues and the maintenance staff are prompt to respond to any tenants needs.
