Great location, walkable and this hotel seems to be a good value for Keywest though pricy compared to other locations.
Nach wie vor hervorragend! Langsam entsteht allerdings Renovierungsbedarf und das Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein.

BEWARE! Not what it used to be! Property is not clean! Asked to talked to management. Not on property. Gave me excuses and never called me back I asked to be refunded since we paid Over $4,000 for a week. NO Response. Front desk wouldn’t even tell me his name. Poop on cement at pool for 3 days. No USB receptacles in room even though they advertised it. Never again. Many customers complaining. No information sheets on property handed out. Staff does not speak English! No soap dishes in shower! Poor management if they even exi... read more
