RecommendedTestimonial update: I am still very pleased with Dr. Palmer at Westside Animal Clinic, but most impressively, I can say that Jax is happy and thriving at the ripe young age of 75ish. The staff is always friendly, the clinic is decorated adorably, it’s clean, and Dr. Palmer knows her stuff. I’ve also referred a few friends who’ve had nothing but rave reviews for this veterinarian and her clinic. War Eagle Sissy Palmer! So proud of you, and so is Jax.
They were so sweet and patient with our timid 4 month old pup. She had a bad experience at another vet and I know it took a lot of patience to help her through her exam. Every staff member was sweet and took time to explain things, answer questions, and attentive to our pup's needs. We will definitely continue using this great place.

On the day I had to lose my sheltie, we couldn't make it to our normal vet due to the emergency. We had shown up at Westside unannounced with a dog having seizures. They helped get her out of the car, were extremely kind, and never made me feel rushed. Many different people worked together to make an awful situation the best that it could be. I would highly recommend them.
Awesome services Dr. Palmer take time to listen really cares for your pet. They are family . Very wonderful !!!!!
I went for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. Friendly staff, clean facility and knowledgeable and informative staff. Fairly priced. I will continue to bring my dog back. 🐶👍
