This is a five star vet hospital. My dog was attacked by another dog and the three appointments were handled by the staff with the utmost of professionalism. In the end I had to put him down. No one rushed me in the decision. Both the vet and her assistant were so kind and caring. We were all there when he passed. They took care of it all. The options were presented and I chose to have him cremated. Even the staff that called me to let me know I could pick him up was so kind. My dog injured her leg. When I called to make an appointment they said they were booked up but that I should bring her in and they would see her anyway. This meant they would have to stay late on a Saturday! The staff and doctors are always nice, polite and very patient. Your pet is always important to them. I have been a customer for over 20 years and have never been dissatisfied.

Love the Westside staff! But Dr.Vanderford is the best! He is so kind and caring and takes the time to really talk and listen to your concerns. I really trust him to take care of baby. Westside is wonderful! ❤️
We have been taking our dogs to Westside for over 20 years. We love the Doctors and staff! We can feel that everyone truly cares about our dogs. I really appreciate the follow up calls after surgery or treating a sick pup.
Dr. Vanderford is always wonderful with our dogs! One of our rescue dogs gets very anxious, but the staff and Dr. Vanderford are always very patient and reassuring with her. I’m so happy we found Westside!
