Three brothers Richard, Bernard, & James grew up together on the North side of Youngstown in the Briar Hill area. Richard had a love of cars and a desire to know the ins and outs of all vehicles. Traveling from Illinois to New Jersey I got a flat tire. The staff was very friendly and accommodating they had my new tire on within an hour and the pricing is very reasonable
Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and very personable. Got my car in when i asked and had new tires on quickly.
I bought 4 new tires at the beginning of July. The left front tire kept losing air so I finally took it in today to got it checked. They did find a small pin hole in it and repaired it right away. And I heard a ping sound when I pulled out of a parking space today, like a spring broke up front, so they checked that out for me but found nothing wrong. What a relief!! They were very friendly and helpful. Both times I have been there. I’m happy I bought my tires from them!! Great guys! Thank you.
I hit a pot hole and had a steering wheel wobble at high speeds. I asked Westside Tire to check out my front tires. The manager took a look at my car, suggested some possible causes of the wobble and made an appointment for me to come back that same day. They found that they were out of balance and after the fix it made a big difference. Also, I was pleased with the cleanliness of their office and waiting room, as well as their customer service. All in all, it was a good experience. Thanks.
