Three brothers Richard, Bernard, & James grew up together on the North side of Youngstown in the Briar Hill area. Richard had a love of cars and a desire to know the ins and outs of all vehicles. In 1978 with the passion for cars still running strong, Richard convinced his 2 brothers to support him in his desire to start Westside Tire & Service. The first generation of owners was born. from the start if the phone call very friendly and informative. during the service I was informed of all charges prior. not only were they cheaper then another shop's quote they did what I wanted in 2 hours when I was told 2 days from the other place. I loved it so well that I'm bringing my husband's car on Monday!
The service at Westside Tire is first rate! They are always so helpful and friendly. They recommended a repair that will save me a lot of money down the line. I was impressed with the work and all the little customer service specialties they include that make this the only shop I'll use
Great customer service and experience to get oul change and tire rotation. Ask for Mike Rigsby in Niles! Also, wonderful women's car care clinic run for women by women 5 star organization!
