The salesman (Bryan) was outstanding (5 Star), he knew I was coming, washed and gassed the Chevrolet Tahoe and parked it by the front door for my arrival; the SUV looked great... however, another salesman, offered the SUV to "his" customer ~10 minutes before I arrived and they bought it. I drove over 50 miles to view the SUV, made several calls to the dealership the day before I arrived to ensure the SUV was still there and would be ready for me to test drive. Not good sales person would not tell me the selling price of s similar . Needs more sales training in my oppion . Car price are not to suppose to be top secret Unless your trying to rip customers off on a curreentbsimilar model
Very curtious. Have 2 issues that need to be addressed by dealership. Battery dead upon test drive. 1 issue is code came up after purchase since dead battery means computer was reset. Was given 100 mile to drive coverage for codes.
They responded to my inquiry late. I had already purchased a vehicle at another location by the time they reached out to me.
I bought the car I inquired about. they were quick to respond an gave me the best pricing
