Great appliance repair company. Highly recommended.
Terrific speedy service. My repairperson Taylor was friendly, knowledgeable, and he answered all of my questions. Our fridge was in BAD shape (board shorted out, icemaker sensor failed, loose gaskets) but he had everything needed to fix it. I will absolutely use Westside for my repairs in the future!
My refrigerator was leaking whenever we used the water dispenser, so we called Westside Appliance. We were able to get an appointment within the week! They were very polite, repaired 2 things on my fridge (one was a temp fix as a part needed to be ordered), drained my icemaker, vacuumed my compressor and a few months worth of things that got lost under the fridge:) Taylor called my husband to speak with him about the repairs and answered my questions. Taylor was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He gave us honest and valuable feedback regarding what repairs our washing machine would need, and suggestions on how to increase the lifespan of our future washer.
Doug repaired our Jenn-Air refrigerator yesterday. He called to let me know when he would arrive, got here on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, grabbed the necessary part and tools from his van, made the repair and cleaned up afterwards. He also answered my questions along the way. Excellent service.
The staff members were very helpful and efficient. They know their trade very well and diagnosed a problem based on my conversation (Tim was the guy who helped me today). I was able to fix both our washer and dryer for far less than a standard service call. Everyone I encountered gave exceptional customer service. While I hope I don't have to be back for more parts in the near future, I can say that I would use Westside Appliance again without hesitation. I appreciate their no nonsense approach to business.
*Update* Ten days ago I vented about my 2 yo #WhirlpoolUSA Microwave and Washing machine failing and my frustration, #WhirlpoolUSA to notice and ask me to contact them via email, I did so and they called me from corporate office and had me set up a service call from #WestsideApplianceRepair here in the metro. Pete from #WestsideApplianceRepair came out and fixed both appliances... and #WirlpooolUSA stood behind their products! #Greatservice
