I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. I have a brand new home and realized my dishwasher was not working properly. I got ahold of my warranty providers who sent this company over to fix the problem. I addressed a few issues, one being my dishwasher wasn't heating up and my rinse aid was not releasing. They sent someone to look at my dishwasher and the guy addressed both issues. He fixed the heating element and switched something that he thought would help with the rinse aid releasing. Ice was not dispensing from my KitchenAid refrigerator door. Technician said the power wire to the door operating the ice dispenser was broken and they don't repair the wire and I would need a whole new door. Of course the cost of a new door would probably rule out that option, but asked for the price and technician looked it up only to say they no longer make the door. Continue to have baffling experiences with Levi. We've had awful luck with our dishwasher, and Westside has only made it more difficult to deal with. Today, we were told by Levi that's it's not recommended you wash pots and pans in a dishwasher.Excuse me, what? if I had our choice it wouldn't be West side, but that's who the warranty company keeps sending out.
Jeff came to do a repair/replace under mfr warranty after the drum came loose and busted 3/4 sides of my washer out. Jeff briefly ran it, said it worded fine, and didn't bother taking it apart to check for internal damage nor did he let it run to the spin cycle, which is where it malfunctioned. Jeff made the determination on his own that the damage was caused by "misuse" and would not submit the claim to Whirlpool (I know this, because I called Whirlpool myself, and they had no record of a tech having called anything in on m... read more

The comforter you were trying to wash was too large for your machine, which unfortunately according to your machine's users' manual can only accommodate small comforters. Had decent experiences with this place in the past, but not any more. My fireplace had a gas smell when I ran it so I called them. The technician said the valve was bad and it would need to be replaced. He then proceeded to charge me $200 to run a vacuum cleaner around it and told me he would call me later that day with an estimate on the valve. Five days later, no call back.
