My dishwasher was under warranty so I got "matched" to Westside Appliance thanks to GE. I'm so happy that out of all the appliance company that service the West Des Moines area, my luck landed me with Westside. we had an issue with our brand new frigidaire range in our brand new home.. it was damaged in shipment and we called westside, they were prompt in responding, setting up an appointment, and Brad was here in the window they said. He was thoughtful in putting down blankets on the wood floor and countertop for his working space; along with taking off his shoes He replaced the door and drawer panel, along with the cooking top had a scratch and he replaced that also . My landlord uses WSAR. I was having issues with my washer. They sent Taylor out and I was so impressed with his professionalism and speed. He had to order parts and made sure to come back on the day I wasn't working so it was more convenient for me. As he was leaving I asked him if he had time to look at garbage disposal.
