The tech. LEVI doesn't have a clue of what he was doing and acted like he didn't want to do any work so told me it was a bearing that would cost $900 to fix. I had already diagnosed my washers problem from putting it thru the diagnostic cycle, bought the part needed and he totally disregarded the same F code that I got, telling me that wasn't the problem. Because of the horrible experience I had with Sears and Kitchenaid/Whirlpool, I had been putting off calling for service on the new refrigerator they sent me to replace the original one I had purchased. But when it completely stopped working I couldn't put it off anymore so I called Kitchenaid Friday.
