Monarch Investments and Management Group owes me my "holding fee" back for an apartment I did not move into. I have been following up since July, it is now September, to get my money back. At this point, you owe me interest, Monarch! Each contact says they "will get back to me." Unfortunately, I wasn't able to move into a Monarch property due to lack of availability and I was approved for another apartment sooner that was available for immediate move-in. Staff is very unprofessional and frequently lies. The front office staff and maintenance tech lied to me during a move out walk through on the status of the apartment. They discriminate against DoD employees who have to break their lease due to Permanent Change of station orders. Overall experience was hostile towards DoD personnel. My worst experience dealing with an apartment complex.
