Lived here about a year; from June 2018 to July 2019. my roommates were awful so it’s possible that tarnished west pointe further however. For what you get it is way over priced at almost $2000 for a three bedroom apartment and for the three bedrooms. The way checks are handled is also disgusting. I ordered real checks just to be told I couldn’t pay with them when no checks bounced. The only time close to that was when a check was never fully charged because it was a starter check and we had already submitted a starter check... read more

Hi Chelsey, Since moving out in July 2019 we have been working under a new company and management. We have added many amenities that Westpointe has lacked in the past such as a dog park, putting green and a new sports court. There is still more to come. We currently accept checks, money orders, cashier checks and even offer the option to pay online with debit/credit or bank account. We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to make Westpointe a desirable place to live.
Our bedroom constantly smells like mold, stuff comes up out of our bathroom sink, our sink takes nearly ten minutes to drain, the fridge and dishwasher leak water all over the floor. Get used to house centipedes and stink bugs everywhere all of the time. The hallways are cramped and always have stink bugs roaming around in them. The neighbors around where we live are nice enough.
