the first time the cleaning crew came, they had not been told by Richard the level of cleaning needed or what I had paid for, they did a lousy job and when I sent pics to Richard he scheduled a free cleaning redo and that was worse, they came and they ruined all our stainless steel appliances by using a bleach spray on them. I wish they be barred from working in houses I could care less that they offered a redo, their free redo ruined my 5k worth of stainless steel appliances.
