I am on my 4th property management company in 4 years at Westmount At The District. Right out the gates with Portico and I'm already frustrated and have zero faith in Portico. The monthly bill that was sent to my email was wrong. I was advised they should have a working portal on 0801 so I had to wait until then to see what I owed. I was looking to rent at Skyline at Kessler a Portico Property management. I was told the unit I was going to rent would not be available until December 28 2021. I left a $200 deposit, on the 28th of November 2021 I informed leasing agent that I would not be moving in via email. I've been a resident of Haven at Main since 2019. Quality of life declined steadily after Portico Property Management took over this property. Please read the following and know that I am not exaggerating. Responsiveness to Maintenance Requests: I would rate them above average in this respect. If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. STEER CLEAR!!!! Everyone I have ever known who has lived here, myself included, has been scammed. Here I am 8 months out of my lease, I REPEAT 8 MONTHS, since I have lived at this complex and I am sent an e-mail stating that I owe nearly $600. Moved in Oct. 2019. Hope this review helps. After signing the documents, had to travel for work for 6 weeks. I was told the apartment would be ready for me to do a walk through the Monday prior to my move. Called and informed them on Tuesday the move week I was coming to do the walk through. Received a bill when I moved out for the carpet. Paid in full but they still sent it to collections and was being threatened by the collection agency to give them my debit card info or it would be put on to my credit report. I don't k know why these people think it's just ok to give my information to other people when they were paid in full. Had to make multiple calls to get it taken care of.
