Excellent treatment by the Administration team. A great place to live. Nice neighbors.
This is a great community and run very well! I went to check out the apartments just the other day! Suzanne and Cindy are amazing. Cindy had organized for the One Blood bus to come the day I was there. I was told they had a Thanksgiving feast for the tenants too. It's a beautiful community that does a lot for the people there. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. 5 stars.!!!
I love where I live I love my apartment but I don't is the assistant manager Cindy always goes out of her way to be rude to tenants plays off like she playing. everything that come's out her mouth is a lie she forever has a fee for everything my bit she keeps it hopefully management looks in on her and Suzanne please have a word with her on how to treat your tenants and on how to keep it professional every time I speak with her she looks and smells like she's drunk
First off the apartments are infested with cockroaches they seem to always have fines for everything and anything assistant manager Cindy is a racist and a liar keyword liar management please look into the subject of her fines she's giving us I think she's actually pocketing it the last time she gave me a fine she told me she would fill out the money order for me makes me Wonder who else has she done this to I will be taking up this subject with corporate and management please speak to the assistant manager Cindy about manne... read more
I absolutely love my apartment! The City of Oldsmar is a great place to live, work and play! Love the 600 foot boardwalk thru the preserve and all the wildlife.
