I just renewed my contract for another year and I love this community. The people who attend the office are very special and hardworking. Not to mention Nelly. Is a great person, the only thing I complain about is my neighbors upstairs. I can not stand them, they are disrespectful. I do not know what to do so they leave so much noise and respect my space and my family. I do not have them alone on Sundays! All the time they are running and screaming up � of the rest very happy to live here �
Do not apply to these apartments. The apartments overrall are nice and the community is amazing. However, the unpreofessional lady "NELLY" who works at the office is enough of a reason to never live there. She is the biggest b*****. She STALKS and watches your every move just to complain like she gets commission for it. She humiliated a woman I know in front of all of her customers, that she cried. She talks trash about you. And she WILL try to find any reason for you to get kicked out of the apartments and she LOVES problem... read more
I have been a resident of Westminster Apts for 3 years and I love it. Within the office staff and maintenance they are awesome. Hardworking and very courteous. The property is quiet, my neighbors are excellent and pet friendly. I love the beach and I could go to any of the 3 near me. There is no place like Westminster. Merry Christmas � and a Bless New Year 2017 to the Westminster Staff.
beautifully landscaped and tended grounds. Bright, friendly and helpful manager and ass't manager. Suzanne and Cindy are fantastic. Had three dogs, otherwise I would be in there. Two is their limit.
I live for almost 6 years I tell about this is excellent staff and management too.it's also clean complex. I b recommend to everyone to live. The maintenance staff is excellent. The lease saff i always iis there for the residents. I love this place..I lovet
Living at Westminster was such an awesome experience. The staff first and foremost are very kind, professional and courteous. The property is kept to a perfect 10! I would recommend calling this place home for sure. Sorry we had to move away and miss you all very much!
