I would not recommend for breast imaging. My doctor ordered ultrasound and mammogram. The tech did my ultra and told me she didn’t think I needed a mammo since everything looked normal. At first I left and then I realized I should not take advice from the tech so I went back to do my mammogram. After my follow up for results with MD, I had to do an additional test for something that was missed. Absolutely ridiculous!
I recently called in to get clarification on a medical question, and my experience with the Pediatric triage nurse, Donna, was extremely disappointing. From the beginning of the call, her tone was aggressive and unnecessarily hostile. I was genuinely confused about why the conversation escalated so quickly, so I calmly asked several times if I had done something wrong or if we could rewind and start over for clarity. I went to the West Medical Group this morning because I needed urgent care. I had an outbreak of an infection for which I needed a script. I have been to urgent care more times this year than I care to count. At this place, I was treated with kindness and understanding, from the folks behind the desk who took my insurance to the nurse who took my vitals, and to Christina, the PA who was so kind and understanding and wrote me my script. What happened to this place? I’ve been coming here for years, wait time was minimal but now it’s insane. I waited over an hour for my doctor appointment. Now today I’m waiting in the lab for 45 minutes! I had a 12:40 appointment and I swear the lab was at lunch and they schedule people during their lunch so they can wait until they are back and get setup so patients are waiting on them! Our health care system is broken and needs to be fixed!! We pay a fortune to get the pleasure of crap service.
