I hate coming here because the nurses in urgent care are rude and I showed up for an appointment for my OBGYN and the staff told me she wasn’t coming in that day they never even tried to call me
I arrived approximately 10 minutes late to my scheduled dermatology appointment due to unexpected traffic caused by an accident. Despite the waiting room being completely empty, I was informed that the provider refused to see me because the appointment was “slotted for 20 minutes” and there was not enough time remaining.
