I hate coming here because the nurses in urgent care are rude and I showed up for an appointment for my OBGYN and the staff told me she wasn’t coming in that day they never even tried to call me
I arrived approximately 10 minutes late to my scheduled dermatology appointment due to unexpected traffic caused by an accident. Despite the waiting room being completely empty, I was informed that the provider refused to see me because the appointment was “slotted for 20 minutes” and there was not enough time remaining. I would not recommend for breast imaging. My doctor ordered ultrasound and mammogram. The tech did my ultra and told me she didn’t think I needed a mammo since everything looked normal. At first I left and then I realized I should not take advice from the tech so I went back to do my mammogram. After my follow up for results with MD, I had to do an additional test for something that was missed. Absolutely ridiculous!
