I went to Westmed because I was experiencing excruciating throat and tonsil pain. It literally felt like I was swallowing pieces of glass. Every time I tried to swallow, I was in significant pain, along with a headache and a runny nose. I knew something was wrong and went to urgent care around 6 PM. I took time off from work for a mammogram& ultrasound, spent 20 mins in the parking lot waiting for a spot & was informed when I checked in that my appointments were canceled. No call, no email, no text message. IT’S TOTAL B.S.!!! Don’t go there. They suck
