Only been here 2 months and all the repairs that were needed on move in have still not been address and now dealing with racial issues on this property, my year cant come soon enough, my grandson is on the lease and the property managers just dont seem to care about anything. They just push you around to get you out of their site.
This is horrible. I get neighbors BANGING on their roofs my floors from a 1 year old walking around HIS home where HIS parents pay rent. IT WASN'T in my lease to suggest if u have kids or plan on it to live downstairs Maintainence takes FOREVER. Oh and my apartment is flooded as we speak after a maintenance visit with foul odor and food on my floors from my neighbors backed up pipes not mines. A day ago my sink was absolutely perfect. Do NOT rent with 3101 e. Artesia blvd!!!!
