I can’t wait to move out of these apartments. The management is horrible. They don’t make you a priority when you have a problem. The complex is always filthy. Pool is locked so can’t even use. Gate doesn’t work, appliances always broken and they never come to fix work orders till they feel like it could be days could be weeks.
I've been in my apt 4 years... they've been managing about 6 months now.... This property is not a prize in no way shape or form. The pipes stink, and getting maintenance is like pulling teeth! Omg, heaven forbid your family should visit! It's funny how the people who work for them can't live on property, but can tell you that you can't "live" a normal life except for what's "acceptable" to them. These motherfuckers are full of shit!!!
I just moved out of their complex (the villas at desert pointe), and I'm glad I didn't renew the lease. The office staff offered terrible customer service, and when I moved out, they're charging me for damage that was in the apartment when I moved in (I was told it's "cosmetic damage" that it's not their responsibility to repair), or minor damage to the vinyl flooring that I admit was my fault, but they're charging me to replace the entire floor when they said that it's being replaced by a different flooring style entirely. ... read more
