My family and I reside at Pine Village Apartments in Las Vegas, I have had nothing but problems with this management team. This is a corporate cold company that breaks the law by charging illegal fees. Unfortunately my pro-bono lawyer couldn't stand up to their legal team. DO NOT rent from these people. If you see that red and white flag, don't walk away - run. They buy up properties in an area to jack up rent prices to the point the community can barely afford them. Literally was held hostage by the manager of the Bear Valley Mobile home park in Apple Valley Ca. While they blocked my driveway, told me "I am the manager, I'll do whatever I want", they had their goons trespass to do lazy work next door while using my property I rent from Westland. This, After many problems from this manager. Luckily the cops put the thugs of this park in their place. I am a disabled vet with UC and have to leave to the ER often.

My experience with Westland Real Estate (Long Beach) has been great during COVID. Our agent Manuel Casillas has been GREAT. Applied online for one of the listings and quickly got a response back. Manuel was able to help schedule rental viewings and was able to answer all our questions and even help recommend a lot of properties. He was patience with us and went through the rental process step by step. Straight forward no scam. I would definitely recommend friends and family to Manuel.
I had the best leasing agent ever ! His name was Manuel Casillas. He was very patient and kind with me. It was my first time moving to a new place and he worked with my pace and was very friendly. I recommend Westland they’re legit 😃.
unbelievable situation but a month before my lease is up i provided everything to the front desk to transfer to a 2 bedroom unit. They waited weeks after the coronavirus hit to try and verify my employment but couldnt cause they shutted down my job due to the virus and couldnt reach anybody. So now theyre trying to vacate me during the virus or get me to pay what wasnt agreed on through emails.
Westland or Liberty Vilage in Las Vegas is ridiculous! They waste so much water on sprinklers broken, constant sewage problems. But the rent is high for where you live! I’ve found houses for 100 bucks more a month and condos less! But they let crap in here. Poor credit prior evictions.
