I am a current resident in Las Vegas Regency Heights apartments on lake mead... No one should ever live here they have roaches bed bugs the leasing office is so unprofessional and ghetto all they do is lie.with the new law that passed 7/1/19 they are only suppose to charge 5% of late fees and they charge whatever they want..their maintenance doesn't know how to fix anything all they ever say is there is nothing we could do after taking a month to respond to your work order. My boyfriend and I toured a few apartments owned by Westland. Certain areas we could not grasp the price or living arrangements, however, we did tour a location in Long Beach which we fell in love with. Everything was fair from the area to the cost. We had an awful experience with customer service during the application process, extremely rude to us, however, we continued with the process solely on the onsite management, and our love for the place. When a tenant calls or leaves a message, the automated system DISCONNECTS after giving the choices of leaving a message or choosing an option. Also the FB messenger option DOES NOT allow for a feedback when needed! 🤨
Tony the landscaping guy in westside plaza San Bernardino has been doing and amazing job definitely recommend him had him come do some work at my place and did an amazing job couldn’t complain
Awful upkeep no matter what property you. They have taken over two properties I lived in which is why I would not renew and staff is rude each time. They have a very quick turn around of employees. They are fired or quit monthly. Takes multiple times of requesting service to have anything fixed no matter the urgency. When they do come it is a temporary fix.
