RecommendedThey are still open for business and doing a great job. You drop off your car and they email you the estimate. Then you just go pick up you auto. A very safe way to conduct business.
They gave us so much information, communicated with us through the whole process, and gave accurate estimates for all their work. LOVED that they would text and send us links that had a diagnostic workup for our vehicle, complete with photos and videos.
I was stranded with a dead battery a long ways from home and Craig was still at the shop when I arrived 20 minutes after they closed, on a Friday too! They all do great work!

My family and I have been taking our cars to WIHA for over 20 years now, and could not be happier to have a great mechanic that is trustworthy and consistently gives amazing service!
I've watched WIHA grow over the past 28+ years due to the way they always stand behind their consistently high quality work. I own only Honda and Acura vehicles for the simple reason I know I can get the best available service for them. I would suggest that Mr. DeBaun take his issue directly to the owner. I'm sure he would take the time to get to the bottom of the error to Mr. DeBaun's satisfaction.
My fiance went in to get our car checked out with her mother and sister. WI told us we needed to get our front pads replaced, as they were down to 1.20 mm. I took it in to another mechanic for a second opinion, and was told that I actually have over 3mm left on the front pads. Be careful with Westlake Independent!
